Please read these terms carefully before using our service

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Navolet, including our WhatsApp bot, Telegram bot, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Navolet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

Navolet is an AI-powered business management assistant that allows users to manage invoices, customers, inventory, sales, expenses and generate reports through WhatsApp and Telegram messaging platforms.

3. Account Registration

  • You register automatically when you first message our bot.
  • Your account is identified by your phone number (WhatsApp) or chat ID (Telegram).
  • You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Each key is for one user only.
  • You must provide accurate business information during onboarding.
  • You must not share your account or allow others to use your subscription.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Free Plan: Limited to 20 messages, 5 invoices, and 10 customers per month.
  • Standard Plan: 500 messages, 50 invoices, 100 customers per month. Access to WhatsApp and expense tracking.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited messages, invoices, and customers.
  • Paid plans are activated via a license key sent to your email after purchase.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 10 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Store or process illegal, fraudulent, or harmful data
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations including Nigeria’s data protection laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any third party
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription without our written consent
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the messaging quota

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service (customer names, invoices, products etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that data you enter about third parties (e.g. your customers) complies with applicable privacy laws. You must have a lawful basis for storing their personal data.

7. AI-Generated Responses

Navolet uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT) to interpret your messages. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or misinterpret your instructions.
  • Always review invoices, calculations, and reports before sharing with customers.
  • Navolet is not liable for errors arising from AI misinterpretation.
  • Do not rely solely on the bot for critical financial decisions — consult a qualified accountant.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will notify users of planned outages where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content forming part of the Navolet Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navolet shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, profits, or revenue
  • Loss of data or corruption of data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Errors made by the AI in interpreting your commands

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • On termination, you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the bot. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
